Real estate Virtual Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a real estate assistant for a long term position.   The VA must have experience in the Real Estate industry and must have the following qualities:
– Speak very good English  (Will be returning calls/ Following up with leads)
-Have real estate experience the ability to:
    *Use Real Estate database for data entry
    * Able to use Docusign to send and receive documents/ contracts
    * Write property description
– Great customer service personality.
– Professional, Organized, Accountable   Highly Motivated
– Ability to follow instructions
-Proficient with MS Office
-Ability to meet deadlines

The job will consist of:

-Email response to incoming inquiries
-Craigslist posting
– Following up with ALL email incoming phone call leads.
– Pre-screening leads by collecting their buying /rental criteria: price range, area, moving time frame etc.
– Scheduling showing appointments
– Must have a windows based OS to download Real Estate software
– Collecting Preparing prospective clients pre-qualification documentation
– Creating client profiles into database system
– Outgoing phone calls to follow up with leads.
– Answering incoming calls
– Managing company website: updating listings, blog, photos etc.
– Creating an efficient productive follow up system

This job will start as a one week trial, and continue as a full time position if you meet all the criteria. Pay will start under $5 but we offer bonuses and raises based on performance.
